Exchanges
In order to provide the most hygienic experience for all customers, Sparkle With Stephanie, LLC does NOT allow any exchanges or refunds. Only broken/damaged items will be CONSIDERED for refund. Please see the DAMAGES AND ISSUES section.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. You must contact us at smbullock_99@yahoo.com WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE USPS DELIVERY DATE, if an item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. ONLY the damaged item(s) will be refunded, not the entire order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customer loyalty items, hostess rewards, or gift cards.
Shipping cost is not refundable.
Refunds for damaged items
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your return request for the damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
